Think of me as your design therapist. I can guide you through some tough decision making and make the process easier. Here is a list of services that I provide:

Room Rejuvenation

I advise you on color, furniture styles, window treatments and accessories that will compliment your style and fit your budget. I help you shop for that new and unique piece of furniture that you have been looking for, or give your old pieces of furniture a new look. Consultations start at $60 an hour, there is a one hour minimum.

Color Makeover

Sometimes color is all a room needs to give it a fresh look. I help you select a color scheme that gives any room in your home a face lift. Color consultations start at $60 an hour, there is a one hour minimum.

Feng Shui-Texas Style

Feng Shui is the Chinese art of design, an ancient art that brings balance and good energy to any living environment. I help bring harmony to your home without disrupting your Texas Chi or whatever your energy may be. Feng Shui consultations start at $60 an hour, there is a one hour minimum.

Staging the Home for Sell

I counsel you on the fastest, cheapest and easiest ways to fix up your home before you put it on the market. This is to insure that you get the best possible response from potential buyers. Staging consultations start at $60 an hour, there is a one hour minimum.

Redesign

I help you achieve a new look by using furniture and objects you may already have. Redesign consultations start at $60 an hour, there is a one hour minimum.

How I Work

I offer my services a couple of different ways to give you options that fit your needs.

Design Consultation

I help you plan out and implement your design project. This can be anywhere from a consultation on paint colors to a remodeling of a kitchen. We can talk about one room in your house or all the rooms in your house. I will help you select paint color, fabrics, window treatment options, room layout, your style, your budget and placement of accessories. I will also give you references to painters, installers, contractors, vendors, furniture retailers, drapery and upholstery workrooms. At the end of our session you will have all the tools you need to go forward with your design project. This is great for the do-it-yourselfer, if you have ideas already but are looking for a second opinion from an expert, or you are working with a small budget and you need expert advice. For this service I charge $60 an hour if you are in the Austin area, $65 if you live in the surrounding areas, there is a one hour minimum. A payment of cash or check is due at the end of our session.

Full Design Services

With full design services, I guide you through your design project from beginning to end. I become your design project overseer, shop for you or with you, I interview, obtain quotes and hire your installers, contractors, suppliers, etc. I plan, schedule and I'm out on your project site weekly to direct, manage and make sure the project is going smoothly. This is for the individual who needs the complete overhaul, brand new home with nothing in it, is looking to start a major remodeling project, doesn't have the time to do themselves. For this service I charge $75 an hour if you are in the Austin area, $85 an hour if you live in the surrounding areas. A 30 minute complementary consultation is set up so that we can meet and you can show me the project. There will be mark up fees on any jobs where I act as a supervisor or project manager. A deposit will be due upon signing a contract and you will receive a monthly invoice for my services (a late fee will be added if the payment is 15 days late). Adjustments can be made to these services to better fit your needs.
